Once order is placed we hand-make to order and ship. The product/item can not be reused or sold again. We apologize for the inconvenience., but if there are any problems we will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you are satisfied!! You must enter messages or notes you want us to know in the order notes section at checkout. You will also enter in order notes the scents or selection of sample kits or other items that require you to tell us what scent of a product you are wanting. If nothing is entered in the notes of you choosing what scents, we (Blacklabel) will chose for you. We look to resolve each case to the customers satisfaction. Also, we do not do cancellations or exchanges after the products have been shipped.

Since all orders are handcrafted and made-to-order, please allow for 1 to 2 days’ processing time for your order to get out.
