We DO NOT do refunds for our Blacklabel products, ( Balms, Butters, Oils, wax, Shampoo, Soaps, Shaving, etc..) due to the nature of the products and the made to order system we have. Once order is placed we hand-make to order and ship. The product/item can not be reused or sold again. We apologize for the inconvenience., but if there are any problems we will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you are satisfied!! You must enter messages or notes you want us to know in the order notes section at checkout. You will also enter in order notes the scents or selection of sample kits or other items that require you to tell us what scent of a product you are wanting. If nothing is entered in the notes of you choosing what scents, we (Blacklabel) will chose for you. We look to resolve each case to the customers satisfaction. Also, we do not do cancellations or exchanges after the products have been shipped.

Since all orders are handcrafted and made-to-order, please allow for 1 to 2 days’ processing time for your order to get out. A lot goes into the handcrafting of each order, and that doesn’t happen immediately. Thanks for your patience! - General Shipping Policies: Shipping is determined on a product by product basis. Most items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of an order from Dallas, Tx. Larger orders that are boxes/kits or contain 3 or more items will typically take 1 to 3 business days to ship. Some orders will take longer because of the nature of the item purchased. If that is the case, we will be in contact with you to let you know. Processing time is separate from shipping time. If you select 1-3 day shipping, once it is processed, it will ship and be there in 1-3 mailing days. We try to provide tracking information for all packages. If you have a concern or question about an item that you purchased and are awaiting its arrival, please contact your local post office. we have no control over when, where or how they deliver the packages after we drop them off.
