You must enter messages or notes you want us to know in the order notes section at checkout. You will also enter in order notes the scents or selection of sample kits or other items that require you to tell us what scent of a product you are wanting. If nothing is entered in the notes of you choosing what scents, we (Blacklabel) will chose for you. We look to resolve each case to the customers satisfaction. Also, we do not do cancellations or exchanges after the products have been shipped.
